My name is Ryan Dumaresq, and I am the owner of Edge Pro Builders Inc., a Calgary-based construction company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects.
With over 16 years of experience in new construction and renovations, I bring a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every build. We went into a substantial home renovation with Edge Pro Builders. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, all flooring, painting & ceilings. Ryan suggested we move out for the duration of the renovation - which we were sceptical would be completed in the the timing he said it would be. Ryan kept the project on time, kept me on task, was always available and regularly present on site. He was on top of budget, extremely knowledgeable and competent in all the work that was being done. He is calm, capable and an amazing problem solver when when he needs to be. He absolutley went above and beyond. His team of trades were something to behold. They showed up, had pride in the work they did and were polite, professional, and paid attention to detail. It showed!! We are thrilled with the renovation and so grateful to Ryan and Edge Pro for making the whole project a super positive experience. We feel very fortunate that we had Ryan manage our renovation. We developed our basement with Edge Pro Builders, and the result is exceptional! The project included egress windows and a poly-B plumbing overhaul in addition to the typical framing/electrical/drywall/flooring/paint. At every step, we were thoroughly impressed with the outcome. The trades on site were very professional and talented. Every reno has its hiccups, and Ryan was there to help us through it all, even going above and beyond to help us to fix some of the house’s quirks that weren’t within the initial scope of the project.
